Q. What do you love about grants management?

Grants are a foundational tool for helping states, communities, and constituents achieve important missions – advancing sustainability initiatives, providing financial support and services to underserved communities, enhancing technology accessibility, all leading to a better future for the generations to come. Effective grants management is critical to maximizing available funding opportunities—from upfront identification and strategy development, to application, compliance, and closeout—and is meaningful work that creates a visible impact to our country.

Grant Managers are entrusted with the responsibility to ensure that public or foundation funds are administrated in a fair and transparent way that maximize the impact toward the goals and objectives of the program.  When done well, we love to see the impact these programs have on the individuals and communities they serve.
