This session will address challenges faced by a wide range of grants professionals across sectors and experience levels. Participants will receive tips and tools for navigating and streamlining their grants administration, managing capacity and expectations, enhancing soft skills with colleagues and stakeholders - even on zero budget! Participants will leave this session with customizable free resources for immediate implementation.

Learning Objectives:

  • Customizable tools for immediate use in your grants administration (identifying/vetting/institutional awareness and tracking)

  • Tools for managing capacity/expectations for yourself and stakeholders.

  • Tips for streamlining communications within and outside your organization; building relationships/awareness via technology; and soft skills

 


Participants have the opportunity to earn 1 CPE credit  Field of Study: Specialized Knowledge
To be awarded the CPE credit, participants must respond to all three of the polling questions posed during the live program
