The grants management process can be confusing and challenging at times but finding the right grants management solution can streamline the process and improve efficiencies in all phases of the grants lifecycle.  In this session, hear best practices on key items to consider when implementing a grant management system and lessons learned from a state entity that recently completed a full implementation of a new system.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discover the keys to a thorough requirements-gathering process

  • Understand the importance of workflow standardizations

  • Understand how to evaluate system integration considerations and which will be most important long term
