Talking Grants to Non-Grant Managers

As grants managers, we are often tasked with trying to communicate important information to elected officials, finance managers, interested members of the public, and others who do not have backgrounds or expertise in grants.  During this session, we will discuss some tricks of the trade and look at some examples of communication approaches, methods for performance measurement that may assist in communication, and other best practices.
