Single Audit for Non-Accountants & CPAs Presented by Carmen A. (Mely) Torres On Point Strategy
2020 and 2021 have been the not so typical years in a century. With the approval of so many economic relief packages and programs, there has been a flooding of federal monies never seen before. Many companies will undergo a single audit for the first time. It is critical to know what to expect when you are expecting a single audit, making sure you are prepared for what it entails. We will discuss what is a single audit and the importance of the 2 CFR 200, the award letter, and grant agreements. Learning Objectives:
