Understand and explore the best practices to plan, execute, and manage procurements under 2 CFR 200- General Procurement Standards. Gain a practical understanding of methods of procurement and competition, types of contracts and evaluating, and awarding contracts.

Learning Objectives:

  • Plan procurements in a manner that encourages competition

  • Ensure proper use of procurement methods such as micro, simplified and formal

  • Describe tools and techniques for selecting the appropriate contract type and successfully awarding contracts.
