Pass-Through Entity Requirements

Presented by
BFS Strategic Partners

This webinar will cover proposed changes to Uniform Guidance and how they affect  Pass-Through requirements and explore frequently overlooked requirements, such as  Pre-Award Risk Assessments, Suspended and Debarred, and Special Conditions. Learning Objectives:

    Federal Grants

  • Evaluate how proposed changes to Uniform Guidance will affect your organization

  • Determine the difference between subrecipients and vendors

  • Determine the appropriate level of subrecipient monitoring
