CARES Policy and Procedures Updates

This webinar will explore the CARES Act policy and procedures updates set from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) memorandum M-20-26 from June 18, 2020.  In addition, we will address the various flexibilities federal awarding agencies have regarding administrative, financial, and audit requirements for recipients. 

Learning Objectives:

  • Explore the newest updates of the CARES Act

  • Understand which procedures are affected by the M-20-26

  • Understand and comply with federal purchasing requirement under the CARES Act

  • Examine the allowability of costs, policies and procedures
