Working with Procurement

Presented by Tara Camp, CPPO, CPPB, Senior Manager, Non-Capital Program and Materials Management, Hillsborough County Aviation Authority (Tampa International Airport)

We will review ways to work better with internal departments and procurement departments when spending grant funds and how grants professionals can become more involved and assist with the Procurement process. Knowing the Procurement process and where you fit in is key to remaining in compliance and moving together as a team.

Learning Objectives:

  • How we can better work with internal departments and your Procurement department in managing Solicitations.
  • How you can assist with the Procurement Process
  • Staying in compliance and moving forward at one
