Substitutions and Cancellations
  Cancellations
All requests for cancellations must be made via email at [email protected] directly by the registrant. The below refund policy applies:
  • By midnight ET, October 11 - Cancellations are eligible for a refund minus a $25 service fee.

  • After October 11 – Cancellations and no shows are not eligible for refunds.

No credits will be given in lieu of refunds. Refunds by check may not be issued until the conclusion of the event.

Transfers/Substitutions
Requests for transfer/substitutions must be made via email at [email protected] directly by the registrants; we will not accept requests by an employer. The below transfer/substitution policy applies:

  • By midnight ET, October 11 – No cost for transfers/substitutions; should a nonmember substitute for a member, the difference between fees will be due at the time of transfer.

  • After October 11 – No transfers/substitutions will be allowed.
