All cancellation requests must be made in writing directly by the registrants. The below policies apply:

After Noon ET, October 23, 2023 - Cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
ORLANDO, FL Event

By Noon, ET, January 17, 2024 - Cancellations are eligible for a refund minus a $25 fee.

No credit will be given in lieu of refunds. Refunds by check may not be issued until the conclusion of the event. Transfers/Substitutions Requests for transfers/substitutions must be made in writing directly by the registrants; NGMA will not accept requests from the employer. The below transfer/substitution policy applies:
