CPE Credits and Tracking

CPE Credits and Tracking

Maximum number of credits that can be earned at AGT: 18

Tracking of attendance and/or engagement is the responsibility of attendees using ONLY the below methods:

Tracking By Phone

  • Scan the QR code OR click the Session Check In / Check Out link in the event app. Enter your first/ last name and email address*.

  • At the start of each session, click the presentation name and press the Check In button. When the session ends, press the Check Out button.

The time in attendance will be tracked; attendance at the entire session is required to earn credit. Check In and Check Out are required to earn CPE credits.

*NOTE: To have your CPE credits added to your NGMA profile, log into the CPE tracking app with the same email address you use for your NGMA account.

The name on your CPE Certificate will reflect the exact name you type into the tracker. Please submit your name EXACTLY as you want it to appear. NGMA will not change the name on any certificate that is already printed/distributed.

Paper Attestation

Can’t access the Internet through your phone? Request an attestation form from the Registration Desk and return it at the end of the event. Completed attestation forms must be submitted to NGMA staff at the Registration Desk by the end of the event to qualify for CPE credits.

NGMA is authorized to provide CPE-eligible trainings through the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) and, as such, must comply with their requirements for documentation of attendance and/or engagement. Therefore, NGMA staff will not alter records or apply CPE credits outside of the processes provided through the above methods (phone tracking and paper attestation form).

If you have Internet or connection issues, you must use the CPE Attestation Form. An email sent to NGMA after the event cannot be accepted.
