As federal awards continue to evolve, grants managers are on the front lines of navigating regulatory changes, compliance expectations, and shifting funding priorities. This webinar will provide actionable insights into the key challenges grants managers have faced since January—from budget modifications to desk reviews—and explore strategic approaches to addressing them.
 
Through a two-part framework—"Now & Next"—participants will first examine current pain points and real-world scenarios shaping federal grants management today. Then, with the upcoming September 2025 budget cycle and emerging policy priorities in mind, the discussion will shift toward forward-looking strategies. Attendees will gain practical tools for fostering proactive internal dialogue, strengthening stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring long-term organizational readiness for the evolving federal funding landscape.
