Public Impact Advisors (PIA), established in 2013, is a firm specializing in federal grants and acquisition management consulting and training. Led by director Jerry Bertrand, the company has provided services to approximately 30 federal agencies, 15 state governments, and 20 local governments, nonprofits, and institutions of higher education under prime and subcontractor agreements. The firm has developed a deep subject matter expertise in the federal grants space and is regularly sought out as a trusted advisor in navigating the nuances of federal financial assistance, both with consulting as well as grants management training solutions.
PIA comes alongside organizations to tackle pressing grants/financial management challenges and to help ensure strong policies, procedures, practices, methods, and systems for grants management.
