About Chapters

NGMA chapters offer opportunities for members located in the same state or region to come together virtually or in-person for educational and networking opportunities. There are currently 23 active NGMA chapters located around the U.S. Chapters are lead by member volunteers who, through feedback from members, set the direction of the chapter, set chapter schedules, organize and execute chapter meetings and events.

New NGMA members are automatically enrolled in their local chapter when they join. Chapter members are notified of upcoming chapter meetings and events in two ways: 1. By email and 2. through postings on the NGMA Community Forum (online message board). Chapter meetings play an important role in fulfilling NGMA’s mission by educating and connecting members. They provide targeted education presentations, local issue updates, virtual and in-person networking opportunities and more.
