February Monthly Webinar

Developing strategic grant planning and management practices are essential for organizations to transition from a reactive “chasing dollars” approach to a proactive, mission-driven strategy. Without these plans, organizations often face misaligned resources, missed deadlines, and increased risk of financial non-compliance. We will provide information on best practices, and tips and tricks for developing a strong strategic plan for pre-award and post-award grant funding activities and utilize polling questions to focus on some key areas of interest that participants may wish for us to offer additional specific guidance on. This webinar will provide attendees key concepts they should take into consideration to help their organization become strategic about their grant activities.
