Build Your Grants Career

NGMA can help you advance in your professional journey

Through education, training and involvement in the NGMA community, you can build your career in grants and ensure you have the knowledge, expertise and support you need to succeed.

Get Certified

Establish yourself as an elite grants management professional by earning the CGMS credential

The CGMS program is a trusted and respected credential in grants management. Earning the CGMS credential reflects a professional’s mastery of the grant lifecycle, commitment to continuing education, and positions them as leaders within the grants management field.

Volunteer Opportunities

Showcase your expertise, expand your network and help your grants community

NOTE: All committee and task force volunteer roles are currently filled.

Volunteers play an important role in fulfilling NGMA’s mission by helping build programs and services aligned with the Association’s strategic framework. NGMA sends a call for volunteers to all active NGMA members every April to fill available spots on committees, chapters, task forces or other programs. Selected volunteers are notified directly by NGMA staff prior to May 1. If a volunteer spot opens outside the Call for Volunteers period, NGMA will solicit for volunteers as needed.

You must have an active NGMA membership to participate in volunteer activities.
