OMB will provide an overview of CAP goal #8: Results-Oriented Accountability for Grants, recent policy initiatives and discuss the future vision for the world of financial assistance.

Learning Objectives:

  • To increase awareness of CAP Goal #8 that aims to maximize the value of grant funding by applying a risk-based, data-driven framework that balances compliance requirements with demonstrating successful results for the American taxpayer.

  • To review changes to OMB polices and guidance.

  • To explain opportunities for agencies, recipients, interest groups and the public to get involved and contribute to initiatives.
