How Grants Professionals Can Help Influence the “New Normal”
in Federal Financial Assistance

Grants professionals are key to shaping the evolving grants landscape. This session will explore the "new normal" in grants management, focusing on necessary reforms, challenges, and opportunities in pre- and post-award management. While not lobbyists, grants professionals can advocate for improvements by engaging policymakers and funders. The session will examine where we are, where we are going, and how professionals can drive meaningful changes in federal financial assistance.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the evolving federal financial assistance landscape.

  • Identify strategies to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in federal financial assistance.

  • Explore “advocacy” strategies for grants professionals.

  


Participants have the opportunity to earn 1 CPE credit  |  Field of Study: Specialized Knowledge
To be awarded the CPE credit, participants must respond to all three of the polling questions posed during the live program

Prerequisites   A basic understanding of the Uniform Guidance rules at 2 CFR 200 will assist
with this webinar.
