What Do You Need in Your Grant Procurement Solicitations to
Ensure Your Procurement is “finding proof”?

In this class we will explore what auditors are looking for in your procurement solicitation documentation – federal regulations, deliverables, and exclusions. Disaster grants include ARPA SLFRF, CARES and National Disaster Declarations (like COVID). In this class you will learn about what documentation auditors are looking for to support the procurement of your grants.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify what grant solicitation documentation is and why we need it

  • Understand what documentation is required and what is not

  • Discover how to document all things procurement related and what auditors are and are not looking for in their review

  • Explore proper documentation for a “findings proof” solicitation

  


Participants will earn 1 CPE credit | Field of Study: Specialized Knowledge

To be awarded the full CPE credit, participants must respond to all three of the polling questions asked during the program.
