7 Ways to Strengthen “Virtual” Subrecipient Monitoring During a Pandemic – Reducing Risk While Increasing Compliance for Federal Grant Recipients
Presented by
Lucy Morgan, CPA, MyFedTrainer.com

COVID-19 is transforming how Federal grant recipients approach their oversight responsibilities with subrecipients. Many pass-through entities struggle to meet their monitoring requirements in a work-from-home, socially distanced, virtual environment.
In this webinar, Lucy Morgan CPA will discuss the critical pass-through and subrecipient monitoring requirements with federal funding and lay out a path for compliance during a pandemic.

Learning Objectives:

  • Detail the subrecipient monitoring requirements for Federal grant recipients.

  • Differentiate between “must-do” activities and “nice-to-do” best practices for virtual monitoring of subawards.

  • Consider examples that increase the likelihood of success for federal grant recipients and subrecipients while reducing non-compliance risk.
