Pass-Through Entity Requirements
Presented by Business & Financial Management Solutions, LLC

The presentation will cover proposed changes to Uniform Guidance and how the affect Pass-Through requirements. We will explore frequently overlooked requirements, such as Pre-Award Risk Assessments, Suspended and Debarred, and Special Conditions. We will review how to determine the difference between subrecipients and vendors, a still much-misunderstood differentiation.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify Uniform Guidance for 2 CFT 200.331 Pass-Through Requirements for Federal Grants

  • Evaluate how proposed changes to Uniform Guidance will affect your organization

  • Determine the difference between subrecipients and vendors

  • Determine the appropriate level of subrecipient monitoring
