We encourage all Puerto Rico members and members in the surrounding area to JOIN US for a recorded webcast presentation, "Subrecipient Relationship and Pass-Through Entities," with presenters, L'Kel Little and Scott Sheffler, Tucker Leifer Fidel LLP. This is your opportunity to learn and network with other grant professionals in the area while earning 1 CPE in Specialized Knowledge! A roundtable discussion will follow the webcast.

Subrecipient Relationship and Pass-Through Entities

A pass-through entity has significant responsibilities to ensure that not only its own federal awards are in compliance, but also that its subrecipients are in compliance with all applicable regulations, including the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB’s) Uniform Guidance and program-specific statutes and regulations. The Uniform Guidance prescribes a number of important requirements for making, managing, and closing out subawards, as well as subrecipient monitoring.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understanding pass-through entities responsibilities
  • Understanding the relationship between subrecipient and pass-through entities
  • Understanding subrecipients’ responsibilities

In order to be awarded the full CPEs, you must be present and you must sign in and also sign out on the attendance sheets at the registration desk.
