Using the Auditor's "Playbook" for Single Audit Success

Live Presentation by Lucy M. Morgan, CPA, Director, MyFedTrainer.com

Want to be audit-ready for your next Single Audit? Learn how the new Compliance Supplement and Federal Audit Clearinghouse website give you the "inside track" on what auditors and federal agencies are most concerned about with federal grants. In this presentation, Lucy lays out practical steps you can take to avoid audit findings and strengthen key practices at your organization.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, intermediate level grant management professionals for state, local and tribal governments, nonprofits and institutions of higher educations (IHE) will learn:

  • How to lookup guidelines for programs on the Compliance Supplement and review audits on the Federal Audit Clearinghouse for audit findings.
  • Steps grant recipients can take for a smooth audit process that reduces the risk of expensive cost disallowance
  • Best practices for strengthening Single Audit preparedness across the organization

In order to be awarded the full CPEs, you must be present and you must sign in
and also sign out on the attendance sheets at the registration desk.
