While chapter meetings are a member-only benefit, non-members are able to experience one complimentary meeting. It's says reserved for State Employees but anyone can park on the 3rd level. It's about 2 blocks from the Hathaway Bldg. Please Note: Carey Avenue is a one-way street going North and you turn left on 24th to get into the Parking Structure. The back of the Hathaway can be accessed from Carey Avenue
