Time Allocation – When Time is of the Essence!

During this session we will discuss how to properly allocate time when your employees may be executing functions across several programs that are funded by different awards. We will talk about section 2 CFR 200.430 which has standardized requirements for grantees.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn the importance of time allocation when managing several awards

  • Discuss the guidance provided by section 2 CFR 200.430 (7)

  • Understand the difference between actual work vs budgeted work
