This webinar will cover proposed changes to Uniform Guidance and how they affect  Pass-Through requirements and explore frequently overlooked requirements, such as  Pre-Award Risk Assessments, Suspended and Debarred, and Special Conditions. We will  also review how to determine the difference between subrecipients and vendors, a still  much-misunderstood differentiation.
