Plan to also attend our Grants Management Body of Knowledge (GMBoK) Training scheduled immediately after the Annual Grants Training: Thursday, April 21 – Saturday, April 23. Please note that there is a separate registration and fee to attend the GMBoK Training.

NGMA has secured a special group rate of 256 USD per night.

Reservations must be made by Monday, March 28, 2022, in order to receive the special group rate.

The registration desk will open at 6:30am on Tuesday, April 19 for check in.

A continental breakfast will be provided on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Substitutions
and Cancellations
 


Substitution
NGMA accepts substitutions through March 24, 2022. Requests must be made by the original registrant via email. If a nonmember substitutes for a member, the difference between the two rates will be due for payment.

Cancellation
All requests to cancel AGT registration must be submitted by the original registrant (not from their employer) by email ([email protected]).

  • Cancellations received by midnight ET, Tuesday, January 11, 2022, will be eligible for a full NGMA refund.

  • Cancellations received from January 12 to midnight ET, Thursday, March 24, 2022, will be eligible to receive a refund less a $300 fee.

  • After March 24, 2022, no refunds or credits will be issued.

  • No credits or refunds will be given to no-shows.

Notice of cancellation or substitution to NGMA does not include hotel accommodations. Please contact the hotel directly to make changes to reservations.

Registration, attendance at, or participation in any NGMA-sponsored activity constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or Participant’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such activities by NGMA and other third parties, including but not limited to the event app or other software utilized. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities, such as session attendance, public chats, Q&A during sessions, and booths visited.
 
 

Event Postponement
or Cancellation
 
NGMA is not responsible for delays, damage, loss or incurred transportation or lodging costs by causes not reasonably within the control of the NGMA or other emergency conditions, including, but not limited to, fire; casualty; flood; epidemic or pandemic; earthquake; explosion or accident; blockade embargo; inclement weather; government restraints; restraints or orders of civil defense or military authorities; acts of public enemy; riot or civil disturbance; strike; lockout, boycott or other labor disturbance; inability to secure sufficient labor; technical or other personnel failure; impairment or lack of adequate transportation facilities; inability to obtain, condemnation, requisition or commandeering of necessary supplies or equipment; local, state or federal laws, ordinances, rules orders, decrees, or regulations whether legislative, executive or judicial, and whether constitutional or unconstitutional; or Act of God.

 
By registering the attendee agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NGMA, the event facility, the owner of such facility, and the city in which this event is being held, and their respective officers, agents and employees, from and against all bodily and personal injury, loss, claims or damage to any person or any property arising from cancellation or postponement due to above circumstances and conditions. 

 

 

NGMA takes the safety of our members and attendees seriously. We are always monitoring the overall public
health situation and will evaluate other options for delivery of this training as needed in the future.

 


National Grants Management Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual course for CPE credit.
