The implementation of the Federal Financial
Accountability & Transparency
Act (FFATA) will effect many of our members, in particular the new reporting
requirements of
state and local grant recipients for a new national database.
NGMA wants to help prepare members for the potential
outcomes of the Act
as well as provide a bridge for members to communicate and/or provide
comments to those responsible
for the implementation of the Act's mandatory
data collection process.
NGMA is currenty developing content to share with members that will
provide more in-depth information re the FFATA, the FFATA sub-pilot
program, and organizational contacts.
